PinSeek is built to watch tee time availability and send alerts you ask for. We keep the data needed to run the service, deliver alerts, and help you manage your saved alerts.
Account email, saved watches, preferred courses, notification preferences, mobile push tokens, browser push endpoints, and the alert activity needed to operate your account. We may also collect product analytics events, such as page views, alert creation, checkout starts, and campaign attribution parameters, to understand and improve the service.
To authenticate you, monitor tee times, send alerts, and show a history of activity in your dashboard.
The native app does not collect precise device location, photos, camera access, microphone audio, contacts, health data, or financial account information. Course preferences are user-provided and are used to personalize tee-time watches and alerts.
If you enable email, browser, or mobile alerts, we send notifications through the providers, browser subscriptions, Firebase, and Apple Push Notification service needed to deliver them.
You can connect PinSeek to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Meta Muse, or an agent on your own computer. You approve each connection in your own browser, and you can see and disconnect every connected app under Account → Connected apps.
When you use a connected app, PinSeek receives only the requests it sends to PinSeek: for example the courses or area you asked about, dates, times, party size, price limit, and the details of alerts you ask it to create or change. PinSeek does not receive your conversation, your chat history, or your login for that app. Results go back to the app that asked, and that app’s own privacy policy covers what it does with them.
For each connection we store an access credential that expires after one hour and a refresh credential that lasts up to 180 days unless you disconnect sooner. Alerts created through a connected app are stored and handled like any other alert. We record which app was connected and which PinSeek tools were used, without the request contents, to operate and improve the service. A location used to find nearby courses is used for that search and is not saved to your account.
We share data only with providers that help run PinSeek: Hetzner (hosting), Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Firebase and Apple Push Notification service (mobile alerts), Stripe and Apple (payments), and Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-in bot protection). We do not sell your personal information.
Account data, saved watches, and alert history are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Server logs are kept for 14 days. Connection credentials expire as described above. Tee-time availability records, which contain no personal information, are kept for up to a year to power course forecasts.
Signed-in users can delete their account directly from Account by choosing Delete account. This removes the account email, saved watches, alert history, notification destinations, profile, and saved pairing activity from PinSeek.
